Answers to Common Questions

Ordering, Pricing & Turnaround
No large minimums. Small quantities are always welcome, from a single personalized gift to a company-wide order. On most items, the price per piece drops as your quantity goes up.
Plan on ordering 2–3 weeks ahead. Once you approve your proof, production usually takes 3–5 days. The holidays and banquet season get busy, so if you have a date in mind, reach out early and we’ll plan around it.
When the schedule allows, yes. Tell us your date and we’ll let you know what’s possible. Rush jobs carry an additional charge.
Please allow 3–4 weeks, depending on quantity and the time of year. Banquet and year-end season fills up quickly, so reach out early and we’ll work out a timeline for your event.
Always. We send a digital proof for your approval, and nothing is produced until you sign off on it.
Laser engraving etches your design into the surface for a clean, permanent finish. Full-color UV printing prints directly onto the item, so it’s ideal for multi-color logos and photos. The two are priced differently, and we’re happy to recommend the best fit for your item.
Depending on the material, we may be able to engrave or print on customer-provided items. Tell us what you have and we’ll let you know.
Yes. We can build a private, branded company store where your staff order pre-approved items. See our Company Stores page for details.
Vector vs. Raster: Which File Should I Send?

Not Sure What You Have?
Logo & Artwork Questions
A vector file is best: .AI, .EPS, .SVG, or a .PDF saved from a design program. We can also work with high-resolution .PNG and .JPG files. If you’re not sure what you have, send it anyway and we’ll take a look.
Zoom in close. If the edges stay crisp and smooth, it’s likely vector. If they turn blocky or blurry, it’s raster. Renaming a .JPG to .PDF or .AI doesn’t change it, so ask whoever designed your logo for the original files.
Engraving follows the lines in your artwork. A vector file gives clean, sharp edges, while a low-resolution pixel image can come out fuzzy or jagged.
Send it over. Depending on the design, we may be able to clean it up or recreate it. We’ll go over your options, and any cost, before we start.
It’s a great way to show us what you have in mind, but it usually isn’t sharp enough to produce from. We’ll let you know if we need a better file.
For full-color printing, it helps. A transparent .PNG or a vector file keeps a white box from printing around your logo.
For UV printing, send your PMS or HEX color codes and we’ll match them as closely as possible. Colors can vary slightly by material. Engraving produces a single tone that depends on the material.
